The Process
-
1. Submit an enquiry

Call our Customer Support Team on 0845 618 0206
Email us at info@yourcreditmatters.co.uk
-
2. Application completion
If you are interested in submitting your claims for review, we will send you our full Claims Application Pack, which contains further details about our products and services, our terms of business and our claims application form. You will need to complete and return this to us in order for us to proceed.
-
3. Information request and evaluation
From this point, we will deal directly with your lenders, and keep you informed of our progress at every stage. We will request certain information from each lender involved, which will allow us to build a case to support your claim.
4. Information evaluation
Once we have obtained all of the required documentation from your lenders, our specialist teams will undertake full dissection of your case and look to achieve a settlement. If this is not immediately achievable your case will be passed to solicitors for full litigation.
-
5. Case Settled internally
In some cases we are able to achieve an early settlement directly with the lender. We will negotiate with your creditors and advise you when we have received an acceptable offer.
-
5. Case passed to solicitors
In some instances, certain claims may need to be referred to our legal panel for settlement. We will advise you when your cases are referred, and our solicitors will contact you directly in order to progress your claim.
